What is DPF Delete? DPF Delete allows the removal of the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) system and all related sensors. What is accomplished through DPF delete? You may be asking this question now, how to delete DPF? How to delete DPF? DPF Delete is accomplished in basically two steps. First, you must have a Diesel DPF Delete Tuner that turns off these engine functions such as the H&S Performance Tuners. The second step is taking the DPF itself off and replacing it with a DPF Delete Exhaust system or DPF Delete Pipes. This sometimes is referred to as DPF Delete Kits. Search box not working. Have you heard about DPF or the Diesel Particulate Filter? Have you ever wondered why many experts want this type of filter removed? Among all the vehicle fuels in the market, diesel is the cheapest among them all. Car owners may pay less for it but the Earth is the one paying more of the price. Aiming to solve this problem, Diesel Particulate Filter was introduced. This item removes soot or your diesel particulate matter from the car’s exhaust. Moreover, it was thought to lessen the noise by equalizing the muffler, promotes better performance, increase MPG (Miles Per Gallon), and allows you to save great amount of money with its low maintenance demand. However, despite all these benefits, DPF was found to have more disadvantages. Contrary to what was believed, this blockage can cause premature turbo failure, low MPG, O2 sensor failure, decrease performance/power, and short engine life. So, when DPF is deleted, this will increase MPG. There will be no required diesel washed engine oil. The engine lifespan will expand and the ability to use bio fuel will be feasible.
